We had a very relaxing stay particularly during our visit.

We stayed for trip and will be back. The hotel was a great base for enjoying an outstanding area, very close to the Golden Gams restaurant, the Main Street and mountains, and the centre of town with incredible shops.

The location in the town center is beautiful, and I appreciated its proximity to the ski slopes, transportation, ski lifts, and the GoldenGamms restaurant.

Enjoyable overall experience. Fantastic and wonderful place with well-mannered staff and BEAUTIFUL location in the centre of the old town of Kitzbuehel. Location near to the spectacular Krimml waterfalls, the pedestrian walkway, and the bus stop.

The service provided here is excellent, with complimentary parking available, and the well-appointed single room features tasteful decor, a laptop safe, a mini-bar, and central heating.

It is one of the best location in the resort and the staff is very well qualified.

I was not satisfied with restaurants ( poor breakfast for his category, personal in the restaurants not very profesional)

The hotel Management and staff were excellent. Everyone was very friendly. We would certainly recommend this hotel and we will return!!!

I really liked the layout of my double room, it had everything I needed like fresh towels and an armchair, plus the electric kettle and glassware were a nice touch.

Large bed in premium queen room with a mini-fridge-bar, a personal safe, and a sofa bed.

The junior sweet was more than expected - the window opened up to a view of the alps, huge walk in closet, seating area and table, a large jacuzzi tub and separate shower, heated towel racks - very comfortable and enjoyable stay! The location was perfect - right in the center of town with restaurants and shops just outside the lobby doors and a five minute walk to the gondola for skiing. The daily continental breakfast had a great assortment of fruits, breads, cereals, hot breakfast options and beverages - very fresh!

The staff here was polite and attentive, and I received a lovely room with a balcony, a comfortable double bed, and a stunning view.

This place is located in a beautiful spot on the main pedestrian street, the staff is amazing, and everything was great - we had a fantastic stay with nothing to complain about! .

Wasn´t possible to check out and pay before 7 am. They didn´t inform us about that when we checked in, even though we asked about early breakfast at 6 am. They fixed the early breakfast, but it was quite poor compared to other hotels where we also had early breakfast.
